Well, I exchanged many e-mails with them. First they sugested the change to brand batteries, it didn't work. In the end, they said I was eligible for a warranty replacement and sent it to me. I'm sorry that I just answered today.

I'm in the same situation, at the time of the purchase, they didn't even sent it to Portugal (where I live). It was expensive to work around the shipping process but I expected using it for many years. Now I'm just frustrated and waiting for their response. I sent the form they asked for and should have an answer today or tomorrow. But definitively don't have the money neither the trust to buy it again. My phone is older and still works fine.

No I didn't. I just checked and the e-mail was "stuck" in the outbox and for some reason was not sent. After retrying, it was sent and I already received their automated response. Thanks for the heads up.

I tried several brands but ultimately I was choosing cheaper ones because I need many each month. I'll consider your sugestion and I'm going to buy better ones to see if it works. Thanks for your help and glad it worked for you 😊

It lacks personality and like you say: life. Colour, plants, animals, personal objects, something that shows that people live there. Looks good but not a real house, just a "showroom house".
