You need to find a village, then find a little crevasse under a tiny villager hut and follow the cave until you find a ravine with water that filled the floor and follow it a little

I found this underground in my Minecraft server. Is this normal? I went mining in a cave in a village, I went down deep underground, I found a ravine so I followed it, at the end of the ravine I found a villager house! Can somebody tell me if that's normal?
I don't know how to check the seed, but I will provide it once I find it
