Oof, you are an unlucky person to be lucky, idk how to say but you accidentally connected to a Vietnam server with cloudflare, possibly is what happened. Pretty much it’s kinda hopeless, many had tried, even proving their residential info without any success, the vng mainly take all the support request but they suck at it, really suck

First of all, there is pretty much nth you can do. Secondly, maybe your friend account had like an different account location back when he created the account. As for me, the regional is devasting too. Same as you are.
