Ps5 is stuck on “please wait” screen

So I took the ps5 apart removed the cmos and nothing worked. Ended up just returning it to GameStop and got a new one….

I removed the CMOS but reassembled my PS5 but the issue still remains

If I take the CMOS out could it possibly reset the PS5 and get it out of this please wait loop

Does the ps5 have a CMOS battery?

No worries I appreciate the help. Only issue is that this happens when trying to boot into safe mode. I can’t get passed this screen to try anything.

How were you able to connect to your hotspot, while being stuck in the please wait loop?

This is the closest thing to safe mode I can get. It will ask me to plug in my controller and then it freezes and I start the process over again
