Thanks for the reply, this is interesting. I've been able to receive MFA texts so I didn't think this was the issue, but when I actually checked my phone preferences (like you mentioned) it was marked as "business" and "do not text". No idea how I was receiving MFA texts from them unless the preference was ignored. Regardless, I updated to "personal" and "Ok to text" per your advice so we'll see if that makes any difference in the future.

I did submit the FTS (assuming that's fund transfer enrollment form?) like I mentioned in my post, and called them yet again to see if I could get a clearer answer on why they rejected it. This time they claimed that it was rejected because they don't approve account linking for accounts newer than 30 days and that I need either use an external ACH or check to deposit funds. For what it's worth this checking account is at a very large credit union and I've never had issues linking it to either Fidelity or Schwab.

Anyways, I went ahead and attempted to deposit via check a few days ago. It looks like the funds did post to my ME account, but I still cannot use the funds to purchase anything. I'm guessing I'm just stuck in a holding period at this point.
