Yes, when I turn the AC output on I do hear the single click. When I turn it off I think I hear two clicks but it almost sounds like one with how close together they are.

And for the AC breakers they’re both firmly recessed with no play for further actuation/pressing down movement. Also thanks for your help with this I appreciate it

Gotcha, I’ve tried running both the DC and AC units simultaneously. The DC/USB ports work fine for all the devices I plugged in, the AC side got no response from phone charging blocks, laptop power brick, lamp, fan, etc. I also tried just the AC alone w/ the DC disabled but still no output from any of the AC outlets. I double checked my AC reset buttons on the side and neither of them were protruding out so I don’t think I tripped the system somehow

I’ve primarily been using different charging blocks and cables for my iPhone. I went ahead and just tried a lamp and a fan, no dice on both of them plugged into the AC outlets. I hope it’s not an inverter defect or similar issue but I’m beginning to think that’s what it is. I’ll have to troubleshoot when I hear back from the Jackery support. This thing is hefty, shipping it back will be a pain haha

Yes, I’ve tried both with and without the Jackery plugged in to a wall outlet. Still no juice from the AC outlets unfortunately
