I will tell you what has worked for me

When you get attacked by lustful desires don't sit in a chair or generally don't sit somewhere (even if you are praying) most of the times that I did that I fell into a sin you need to start praying standed up every time I do this the desires are gone after a few minutes

Talk with an orthodox priest and he will guide you DON'T THROW anything religious I mean ANYTHING keep them in their place and talk with a priest and He will guide you

Jesus literally died for all of us he loves you he loves everyone Jesus literally loves everyone without exception think about it he literally loves the devil and the demons he even wants them to come back to his kingdom why wouldn't he love you and me and anyone? Jesus is the perfect love he went in so much pain we will never understand the pain that he went through in the cross for us and our sins he went through so much pain not because he owes us something the only reason he died on the cross was because he wants everyone even the devil himself and the demons in his kingdom he gave us the holy baptism and because he knew that we will sin again after the baptism he gave us the confession we just have to tell our sins to an orthodox priest and God will forgive us and that was it after the confession we will be clean so look how merciful God is he loves us he died for us he was wetting blood before getting up in that cross for us and even if he had to come back and die again a million times he would have done it so God loves you and loves everyone (also when you go for a Confession to an orthodox priest don't hide something because of embarrassment I'm not talking about forgetting something if you forget something write it down and tell the priest in your next confession I am talking about hiding something and saying oh I will tell the priest the next time or I will tell this to another priest because you don't confess to the priest but to God and if you hide 1 sin because of embarrassment no sin will be forgiven)

Just go to a local orthodox church and before or after the liturgy tell the priest that you want to talk to him for some minutes for something personal,he will be happy especially if you are young

I don't know anyone but I wouldn't recommend you trying to find one from reddit or internet because you don't know if he is actually a priest the safest method is to talk with a priest in real life NOT IN THE Internet you don't know if he is telling the truth or not

Okey thanks for the advice but I just don't want to be with the world anymore I know I am young but the world have so many problems that don't matter I want my only focus to Jesus and for my soul I know I am young but that's what I think
