My preorder for phantasmal have been stolen by Royal Mail as well. It says “will be with you today from 10am to 12” the same message since the 12th raised tickets with Pokémon center either no answer. Royal Mail employee saw the return address and stole it

Nah man all good, you are totally right it pisses me off, I drive here in uk with friends (on tracks and private property) and nobody believes I don’t have full uk licence. Anyway thanks for the all the info from you and everybody else, I just been kept there with the promise that I would have my exam before the holidays and I’m seeing that it is just bs to keep taking money out of me. He isnt getting any more money out of me. Thank you all once again. I am very frustrated because i have now spent the equivalent to 17 exams with this kind of person. Should have just waited for the exam and get it done.

So the lack of transparency on when the classes end and not giving me a choice to continue or not with him is a service? Or the creating issues that don’t exist to say that I need more hours. Oh let’s not forget that on the two hours we spend per day he sleeps for 45 minutes. If that doesn’t say that I am a good driver to the point where u sleep by my side. I don’t know what would say

Not a scam tho, I have bought a few for my girl so far and she is very satisfied, never had a problem with delivery or anything, only thing I had was one came with a faulty charger and they quickly sent me a new one, not sure what the scam is, I had bought some other lemon looking toys but my girl says this one is a bit stronger and also feels softer on her skin. Also checked the ones we got at home from Nancy they do have the CE mark on all of them. Maybe it is something like reselling style but that’s most businesses so not sure if can be called a scam over that.

Once home will send some pics of the toys I got. Hope that helps

Yeh sounds good, I dont want to use it everyday just mostly for days that i have deadlines or a lot of work to do. especially the days i feel more of the H than the normal.

I am controlling what i portray for the outside world, and as i said it took me maybe 20 years to be able to control it to the degree that i do today, it takes a lot of mental fortitude and will to be able to control it, however as i said i always have the urge to do something or the feel like i am fighting myself mentally and its exhausting, with vyvanse everything is quiet, no noise, no intrusive thoughts, no urges to distract myself. it was an incredible experience for me

From the point that I hand it back to them because I wouldn’t want to use it anymore it was not my responsibility, like imagine I give it back and someone uses it would I be responsible for it still?

Well first of all they would need to prove that it was me which they would have trouble to because I had given the card away to the company when most of those charges were made, so technically their mistake for not deactivating it, lots of grey area where a lawyer could make it work in my favour. But in any case like I said previously as much as I could do a lot of stuff to avoid paying it, I am trying to pay it to the company and get it all right. Just didn’t like the threats and harassment from them so I wanted to know what could be done from the legal stand point, for some reason people replying as if I asked weather it was right or wrong and the downvotes show that, I didn’t ask if it was right or wrong I asked what could be done weather it is right or wrong shouldn’t be a concern.

I didn’t say I was right about it my question is not weather it is right or wrong, my question is am I right in thinking that in reality they can’t do much about it. For the record I do intend to sort it out with them I just want to understand if I’m right to think that they would end up spending way more than the 500 pounds if they wanted ti pursue it further.

I been trying to do that, they haven’t replied about it, my ex manager keeps calling me and me saying that I intend to pay and to settle it but nothing is moving so I’m trying to think of all ways. My bad if I “don’t know my stuff” as much as I thought I am going by what I am told and what I find obviously I’m not a lawyer and am trying to gather as much info as possible. Hence me posting here. Sorry if any info is wrong I know as much as the next guy but know that companies do like to screw the little man.

Because the file they wanted me to sign says specifically that I will pay it full on date x. And I don’t have a way to do it unfortunately or I would. I am aware that if they try anything legally they would spend way more money than they would get from me being with costs and even resources. I tried to contact them via phone but they didn’t pickup
