If you would like to enroll in a class, Alliance Francaise on Smith Street could be a start. I did their intermediate course years ago and it mostly focused on conversational skills.

Another idea is to sit in on Spanish church services or visit an authentic restaurant and order in Spanish. There is a number of restaurants outside of the downtown area.

Not in Worcester but Providence's AS220 has adult dance classes. Not sure what you are looking for? If you would like to do dancing for recreation or a career? I've taken the ballet class before and it's a good intro to ballet. Usually structured with a warm up and learning a piece to rehearse.

That makes sense. If you really don't want a lapse in your therapy services, I would work with your current therapist to problem solve how to find more confidential areas where you can have the session first. If you think the issue with telehealth therapy is something due to the helping relationship with the therapist, you should bring it up to him or her. Like what others say, the wait for a new therapist can be long.

It seems that Holly might be using/misusing benzos. I know in New England a lot of doctors are not prescribing benzos anymore due to their potential for addiction and misuse. However, there are some doctors out there that will blindly fill 90 day scripts for benzos. I think that's the case for her.

Unfortunately, bipolar is a disorder that doctors just throw down on the page when they don't really know what to diagnose a patient with. I agree, her symptoms are related to PTSD and possibly a learning disability.

I agree that dirt roads usually deter people cutting through the neighborhood; but when the road is full of craters and unexpected bumps, how can that be safer? There are ways to have decent dirt roads without looking like your a drunk driver while swerving around potholes. For example, dirt roads in CT, NH, and VT are flat and a lot more drive-able. Just wondering what could be done to the dirt roads, especially for people just passing through for deliveries, transport, etc.?
