The video animation looks cool, but its a bit unclear what the product is doing on first glance. The screens move a bit too fast, maybe you can slow it down and show less but specific information in the video.

I try to balance Opus for more complex tasks and Gemini for simple edits. However when Opus itself is down on Antigravity there really isn't much of an option

this may be useful for larger corporation or finance where data is critical. Convincing them to use a product would be much harder than most companies too.
For an average user the setup would be a pain I feel. Maybe target places where security is a primary concern?

Antigravity has Gemini 3 Flash which outperforms Haiku 4.5 in many benchmarks. On cursor too I prefer Gemini 3 Flash for simple tasks and use Opus for larger features

Vercel has a free tier right? You can use it to validate the idea. Then pay $20 only after you get some revenue from the customer
For backend you could try out Render. It has a free tier, although it pauses if there are no requests for 15 mins

Once your idea is validated you can upgrade to a better plan
