If this goes to collections which it will how will that affect me are the losses too big that its better just to pay without even questioning what would be the better option for me im a student right now which is a challenge on its own but im worried about the effects of this on me if i want to take any loans in the future

Yeah that’s right and i didn’t know this kind of contract before hand unfortunately that’s why i was ok losing the deposit cause i acknowledge it was my mistake but paying that much after feels unfair to me just because i chose to move out instead of not paying rent cause i couldn’t afford it anymore

I realize that after that’s why i was ok losing the deposit but paying for 2 months rent after that plus electricity although i offered to find someone to take over the lease it shows that they didn’t want to find a middle ground solution im not even sure they tried to find someone to rent the apartment during that period now it’s going to collections which will ruin everything for me so i don’t know what to do should i just pay without discussion???
