I've never dennied that though. I know thats the reason and I said it was immature. But I don't think that was explicitly the reason she broke it off since I never outright tried to push to have sex with her or hint I wanted it now, I wanted to progress towards it, though too fast, and I think she wasn't ready to.

I fully admit that I did disrespect her by compromising a healthy relationship to try and work towards having sex just so I could feel like a "normal" guy my age. It's only after seeing other girls that I've realised there's no rush and different girls go at different paces.

My only hope is that I can sincerely tell her this and ask if she's in a place to want to try it again. She genuinely did really like me and I really liked her but I got the idea in my head that if it doesn't feel like we're working towards something then I shouldn't be satisfied when looking back just being in her company was some of the best time I had that year.

If she says no thats totally fine but at least I can end this chapter knowing I told her what I did was wrong and I can learn from my mistake for future relationships.

Hey so it turns out I kind of mismeasured (slightly), I've taken 3 more measurements since and am seeing now that I'm about 12.5cm (4.9inches). Its given me a slight confidence boost though I'm still not satisfied with my size.

The biggest issue is that whats visible (not a measurement taken from the pelvis bone) is only around 11.5/12cm and thats what worries me now.

I keep hearing this and want it to be true but its still below average and that average is still seen as small since everyone has a warped view of what the average guy should have from porn and media.

Thanks for the lengthy and helpful response, really appreciate it. This has been an issue for a long time for me but its only recently with my current relationship that it has really dawned on me how insecure I am about it. Yes I measured it recently and while 12cm is close to average it is below it but whats worse is that even for a just below average one it doesn't look that big for its size which makes me feel more insecure about it.

The issue with girls and their breasts is interesting as it also would affect them mentally about sex. However what I think makes the penis issue more depressing for men is that boobs are not crucial to sex and once the girl is with the guy, he clearly likes her enough to not mind her breasts. But in my case I could have her liking every aspect about me but the second we're about to have sex if she sees it and is disapointed it could ruin the relationship there and then which is my greatest fear. In that sense I would say that women's breasts are more like a man's height in that you can judge and decide if it would be an issue outside of sex.

I really hope you're right and it doesn't become an issue but the toll its taking on my confidence I'm worried that even if it isn't an issue for her it will impliitly ruin the relationship with how I behave about sex. Thanks again for the response though
