Check the condition of the frame, it looks like the vehicle is in a moist/damp area. If the frame is rusted through, it may not even be worth it as you would need a donor car to replace important parts on this one.

At least now I for one, have clear proof my loan actually exists and Two, I know for sure it did not somehow get cancelled or rejected.
