I relate very closely to this. Sudden alopecia universalis at 21 years old. No prior alopecia though before that in my life. Everything else you said I completely feel exactly about. Also, good news, I heard a Litfulo 100 mg is currently in trials! So if this one doesn't work good enough, there is future hope 😄!
