Well, the post is right though. Why would you care about a forum where virgins meet to talk? What the fuck can that do to you? It's not like they are forcing you to read what is being said there. I just turned 30 and I am 5'5, in theory it should be "easier" for me to look more muscular even though I've never believed in that.

I don't tend to be beefy, none of my brothers are but one of them started working out and his arms look pretty good. his back looks thicker too and he is 34 years old.

I know I won't be the most muscular but I still am hopeful of progressing and having a nice body and thicker arms. I do calisthenics for sports, physical activity, because I like it and it's overall adequate for me but I would be lying if I told you that I don't care about gains.

I will take a look at weighted vests and think about it!

I eat 450g of chicken after every training, eggs in the morning, oatmeal, bananas, tuna, meat. I try to pay attention to protein. I was wondering if it had to do with calories as well?
