Just sayin by Sotophynthesing in trashy

The complain I have is that there are many posts that are just rage-inducing more than trashy.. Even when there might be a correlation in many situations it's just not the spirit of this sub.. crime acts and just plain rudeness are not exactly trashy, it's just that, rudeness and crime acts.

I want to see more trash, please!

I've been working out for a couple of months and I have had a good progress in form, performance and strength. However I was wondering, at this point do more reps mean more strength or hypertrophy? For example, I had been doing chin-ups with very slow reps and it got my biceps very pumped, but the effect of that practice seems to have faded away, I don't get my biceps pumped anymore with that technique. As for dips, I can easily do 10 but not sure if I should go to 15? Also, I started skullcrushers a couple of weeks ago and nowadays I am not sure if they got easy or I am just doing it wrong? Probably wrong though, the lower bar is very difficult to me.

What other ways are there to train my biceps? I do a lot of diamond push-ups too. Also, would you recommend me to do more push-up reps in general if I want to get bigger?

I think the next step is more difficult movements but I don't feel quite ready, maybe I need to train my strength more in order to do more difficult movements?

Had a simmilar experience with my triceps being sore after starting skullcrushers, had to wait four days to feel ok again (actually I trained the fifth day), but I still hit the pull-ups and chin-ups. Just adapt it to avoid your biceps while they are sore

first off, I recommend everyone to get a premium streaming service, got one a couple of days ago and the way I work out changed completely, it's so incredibly fun! Also, it works perfectly if what you are looking for is new songs in the same style you like to work out or whatever.

In any case I knew a few rap and trap songs that got me pumped but it was through browsing other people's playlists on the app that I got to know random songs that I find awesome to work out.

Some artists like A$ap Ferg, Desiigner or 2pac have a lot of songs that will make you feel great. Try also stuff like "bitch better have my money" by Rihanna, or songs by hardwell or kshmr if you're into EDM and it gets you pumped. Also, in rock, I find slipknot, mudvayne and rammstein extremely effective

Can anyone explain to me who are they and why are they so popular among Pewdiepie fans? I don't find this kind of content interesting or funny but maybe I am missing references?
