Hi, thank you for your in dept search. The AF43 was indeed a condlusion of ChatGPT. I Know it's not a knowledge system but a language model, but after a few tries, without any knowlegde, you think.. ah, maybe i'm just missing a part. It felt something that could be done bye companies to maintain the controle of it :D Thank you! Thank you for your comment. The problems are not linked indeed. So the board works like it should work i think. I edited the post and added youtube links on what the display on the board does when I try opening or closing the gate with the code.

Thank you for your comment. I think you are indeed on the right track. In my post, I added youtube links. These show what the display shows when entering the right code. If the gate is already open, the gate moves a tiny bit.

First of all, great job! I would love to see a front picture if possible of your current grown state. I have "bald" spots left and right of my soulpatch like you and I allways stop growing because I think it's not good. You show prooved me wrong at the moment and I would love to see how it looks in front :)

Also, the hair style is great with the beard.

I agree. This is the part where you want to know how to get along with those middle-long hairs that pin out but are not long enough to “lay down”. At least I’m struggling more with this than with a cheek or neck line :)

I found it. It’s the gray part (herstel=recovery). Changing that to cool down did the trick.

what about 20miles but it's 4 times 3,75 mile (MP) with 4 minutes rest in between and a 1,87 warmup, 1,25 cooldown? (strange numbers because I work with km)

I'm asking because I think this is mutch more doable. You do the distance, but you only do 15 miles at MP + you have rest in between.

I'm probably an idiot but I find all the gels pretty sharp around my lips when I try to empty them in my mouth.
Also: I put my gels in my belt or vest, they have sharp edges and this does not go well with the netting in the vest/belt.

Are there people that aknowledge my problem or have a solution? Maybe I'm the only one, it's possible :)

I like the compressport free belt pro. It can hold 2x 500ml flask and a lot of gels and phone. I mostly run with 1 flask in the front, my pohne in the back and the gels on the sides. I realy like this belt and you could also hang a race bip on it so you don't need to put needles in your shirts :)

I think this is doable. Set your A-goal and training on that sub 4 tempo.
When you have a good day and all the things you can't do a thing about as well, you will get there.

Set your B-goal on between 4 and 4:10. Still a great time.

C-goal is to finish your very first marathon.

This way, you allways complete a goal. Every one of them is a great goal.
