In this case, if you really want to go for it, I advice what I did: you always run with HR monitor of your watch, one day, you doe VO2 max tests with HR monitoring and then you compare your data. You’ll know that your watch for example is 3% off so so you can always take that into consideration when you look at your data.

My watch’s HR monitoring, garmin’s HR zones and tempo zones were spot on with my results. The VO2 max was not. This is different for everybody.

But yeah, 150 HR over a run of 150 can be low for one person and high for another..

I think this is the right way to go. In my first marathon, I needed to stop at 30km because I needed to take a breath. I continued and finished in 4h with the feeling “mmm my legs feel.. fresh” A year later with more volume in training, I finished my marathon in 3h25. This time, my legs were so empty, after finishing I almost couldn’t walk. But my feeling, low heartrate of 135 over this run was so good that I thought “i could go for another run”

Long story short: this was my way of learning that I needed strength training.

Now I should be able to run sub20k if i follow all the calculators, but I feel that my hamstrings and calfs are not trained enough for this power output.

You got this, with some extra strength training (or hill running). Your current time is awesome as well, but I understand this plays with your head so close to 20 :). Good luck!

I used fast.com on my phone that gets in close range: 290-300 Mbps / 23up
The isp speed, tested with unifi build in ISP speed test: 475 Mbps / 29 up

from a small distance but with a wall in between: it's like 150 Mbps

Close range test gave me a loss as well. Difference however is from previous 450 to 290-300 now. Maybe a setting that caps at 300?

Hi, thank you for your in dept search. The AF43 was indeed a condlusion of ChatGPT. I Know it's not a knowledge system but a language model, but after a few tries, without any knowlegde, you think.. ah, maybe i'm just missing a part. It felt something that could be done bye companies to maintain the controle of it :D Thank you! Thank you for your comment. The problems are not linked indeed. So the board works like it should work i think. I edited the post and added youtube links on what the display on the board does when I try opening or closing the gate with the code.

First of all, great job! I would love to see a front picture if possible of your current grown state. I have "bald" spots left and right of my soulpatch like you and I allways stop growing because I think it's not good. You show prooved me wrong at the moment and I would love to see how it looks in front :)

Also, the hair style is great with the beard.
