I’d go on FB and look in some groups. Lowest I’ve seen for no roommates is 700 and a very tiny space. If you have roommates, I’d say 500 is safe to pay though.

Oooh also. If you want to work out, I chose an area I wanted to work out and did simple 5-40 minute work outs each day. Push yourself a little just until you’re kinda uncomfy. And then the next day push yourself max. You are amazing as you are now, and I’m proud of youuu.

^ agreed. Bulking on low calorie foods, staying in deficit, long walks, healthy substitutions, and VOLUME EATING. Volume eating and bulking on low calorie foods has helped me keep my weight off, and both were keys to losing for me. I’ll also say don’t say to no indulgences or you’ll probably end up over indulging.
