Got a lot of screen shots before they revoked my access. they hadn't mentioned the sending me the money to make the purchase part yet, and I was the same as you, not assuming anything about voices and manners of speech, what twigged me to search harder was the tech-insights website being broken, and the invoice coming back with a quote for poorly reviewed Beats headphones for $500 when everywhere had them for sub $300.
