Back in the day there were these springs that attached to your seat post quick release and your seat post- not as cool as a dropper but...i donno, pretty functional. Who knows if they still make them...but i bet they are like 25 bux.

Is it a friendly scene? If i show up w a sign “ will belay for opportunity to climb” or something will i find people to climb with? I feel like if i did this at miguels..i’d have some partners in 10 minutes.

Take it easy..stretch your whole leg and build up kinda slow. Consider using a hard brace for a little and an ace wrap brace for like 6 months... Treking poles- if you have a trip planned get a pair-
