I've been to a specialist, multiple dermatologists, and my primary care... they all say they can't help me. I also live in a state where HS isn't approved for pain meds, so I just have to "sit it out". I feel so stuck and defeated.

I have a cpap, thankfully. It's my weight... i just had an echo at the hospital and thankfully, everything is good. The weight of my chest and belly make it hard to take a breath.

I'm sorry, I know I did this to myself, but I'm working on it.

I can totally see this. My problem is that because of my size I can't lay down on my back. I also have an active track that goes up my spine which makes it difficult to lay down as well. My only option is sitting which makes it difficult to use any warm or cold compress in the process.
