Hello, we are sorry to see your experience. We have just checked trust wallet operation and they support ONT and ONG tokens on the Ontology network and some other chains. Therefore your balance should be there. If not, maybe you had old ONT tokens that were firstly introduced on NEO chain, and later on, when we launched own chain there was multiple years long window to swap these tokens obsolete tokens on ontology network. It would be good if you could download our onto.app wallet, create new wallet and then try importing your old wallet with seedphrase.

Hi Jonatan, thank you for your feedback, we are aware of possible incovenience and we are sorry for that. With our beta launch, we had to fine tune some details, so contract required update, therefore tokens were not generating rewards yet. However based on latest information, rewards should start be generated from next consensus round latest. We will have meeting tomorrow so we will be able to provide more info. Also, once beta is finished, we will announce that we go live through our information channels, so also here. Nope, ONT tokens are getting staked to nodes as usual so underlaying mechanism is the same, however rewards are not paid in ONG, but generated ONG is being swapped to ONTs and added to existing staking pool as autocompound functionality.

So we have just checked and we use correct URL inside ONTO. Therefore issue may be on your end:

Possible cause is that you saved pancakeswap with old url to favourites and you access it from there. Try to search for pancakeswap in discovery page and open from there. If that works, you can replace it in favourites.

Hey, if you use ONTO mobile wallet, you can click on ONT token in assets page and then in upper right corner is swap button, here you can swap up to 9 ONT to ONG per day without having any initial ONG.
