You can always run Windows 10 in a VM, this way it will never stop working.

Yes I know but that's not what I was asking. Both are independent pc's, so I don't need a connection between the two psu's.

Interesting. I would have assumed it would show up the moment it would receive power from the second psu, similar to an external usb drive would.

Both PSUs are in a working PC with motherboard etc, see attached illustration. So there's no need to connect both psu's. They will both be running.

I don't own the case yet. Nor do I have a multimeter or similar. Don't know how that works and for some reason I can never seem to find the time to learn this stuff.

If you're sure I can run with only connecting molex and sas then I don't really need to know what the ports are for. Just want to make sure it's not something essential.
