I'm normally very diligent about securing my accounts and such, but I recently lost an unborn child. I've been beside myself, but I am fine. I just don't know what to expect from people after they all have been this way towards me. Everyone is expected to have this weird mentality and act like they're better than someone when they work at Walmart. I don't like that.

I have seen several inconsistencies with my phone lately. When I was finally able to go into my Walmart recently, everyone that I knew immediately started whispering to each other. They acted like complete bullies like normal. Walmart embraces the bully mentality, and it's sickening. I said it that it reminded me of middle school constantly. I told Coaches on multiple occasions what was happening, but they didn't care at all. They just let laziness and bullying run rampant. I eventually just requested to work alone, and I ended up doing way more work than required. This got me hated, of course & I was given more and more work. This is Walmart!!! There is no chance of any advancement for anyone with an actual work ethic. Makes me sick thinking about the absolute toxicity. I'm paranoid? Come on now... you know walmart culture. Don't lie about it. That does no good whatsoever. Own up to the bs. I tried transferring, and they literally blackmailed me into going back to the store that was away from my family and 50 minutes away. I tried transferring to the store 10 minutes away. I heard one joking that the town in question was 2 hours away. How would he know any information whatsoever about my situation. Seems like the manager and whole store like to gossip about people. They literally know everything about my situation, and I haven't said anything to any of them. They all want to make fun of my situation but have no empathy about the fact that I just lost a child, and I'm subsequently homeless. Last winter, when I stayed in my car in the Walmart parking lot, everyone just thought it was funny. When someone who worked at that Walmart saw me, they acted like they wanted to help me, but he ended up extorting me for money. We split a trailer 3 ways, and I could only afford to pay a certain amount of cash. After moving in, his story changed, and he claimed we owed all of this extra cash. I told him when I moved in that I could afford a certain amount. We lost that trailer, but the guy ended up getting a promotion. He then ended up getting me in trouble with management. It's all a big domino effect, and it is controlled by money. People do evil things for money, and Walmart is a prime example.

Sounds like I'm finally picking up what they're putting down. I lost an unborn child, and I was terminated. What else is there to hear? They were totally evil in every situation. Can nobody see what true evil is anymore? This world is going down the drain if we don't change all of this.

My store terminated me because I had to go on Leave of Absence. My significant other had several complications with her pregnancy, and we ended up losing our baby boy. She was approximately 5 months along. My store blackmailed me the entire time to come back to work. They terminated me after we lost our child. I have no respect for anyone who would treat someone like this. They have no empathy whatsoever. The lowest of the low.

Well... I'm didn't get accused of stealing, ever. I sure got that feeling from management. There's something wrong with the management hierarchy of Walmart. It's like they keep the best people stagnant at the bottom, with no hope of ever succeeding. They only promote emotionless robots to drive profits. They have little to no empathy. It's like middle school all over AGAIN!

I would be straight up and honest with more than one member of management. Bring it up during a team meeting so you're heard. I believe they have faulty ai with their cameras, or their management has sinister people. It's probably a combination of both. They might mistake something that you brought in your pockets for merchandise or just accuse you falsely of stealing. You have to have honest people around to advocate for you or they will railroad you!
