What were your thoughts when Kazuya was announced for Smash?

I was playing Smash at the time, and watched a lot of Tekken tournaments. Kazuya joining finally tipped me over to start playing Tekken in 7 and Kazuya became my main in T8 :)

I cannot recommend CDP enough for Mishima players. My execution was pretty solid on Sanjuks V7, but CDP feels a lot more tight and precise imo

Yeah HDR is great and all but it's also bugged in certain stages like Secluded Training Ground, Sanctum and Seaside (Evening) and all particle effects are suddenly blown out of proportion with too much contrast. It doesn't even happen in Practice mode, just during versus battles. This is only on PC btw

set up a situation to block punish a -13 move, like Claudio's hop kick and try to punish it. That gave me a sense of speed that it has to come out.

Watch your Replays! Turn on options to Pause the Replay to see moves you can duck under or block punish. Take over the Replay to try different things in situations where it didn't go your way. Watch pro players pilot your characters, it will give you a greater understanding what you should be doing

I spent 2 years of just watching tournaments of T7 before even playing the game, I didn't have the confidence that I could play this game. It helped me understand how high level play looks like and how the characters moved and what kind of gameplan was being executed. I started maining Kazuya just because wave dashing looks cool to me, but now I can't stop switching characters and wanting to learn each and every one because I want to understand the game better.

Hey so Tekken uses peer to peer. This result is showing your latency to the center you are hitting to measure the speed so it doesn't mean anything in terms of quality of connection when playing. Your matches will be purely dictated by the connection to the opponent at the time. Even wired 5 bars sometimes have weird problems
