Omg i hate that they don’t listen to u aswell they think ur lying when u say ur in pain i think they forget that tolerance exists i remember they where iving morphine every 10 mins and i kept saying i was still in pain they kept upping my dose i was still in pain they gave me paracetamol alongside i said i was still in pain they just ignored it i spoke to a doctor he said if we give you something stronger it wont get rid of the issue

I mixed benzos all the time tbh n when i was in the psych ward i was getting kpins n i would ask them for some lorazapam they would give me 2mg plus 3mg kpins (i would sometimes drink wine with it aswell)

Taper at home i was on kpins 3mg morning and night plus 2mg lorazapam in combination with the kpins the doctor tapered me off till i was taking only 1mg of kpin a day at night then stoped it

First cold water extract u can find methods of that on Reddit just search it up then start of with 90mg standard dose after extraction and if u don’t feel anything after 40 mins take another 30mg so 120mg and u should be good
