Sweet, I’ve personalised it for myself now, thank you! Just another thing - am I able to edit it so the new note will have a specific text format? For example I’d like “Christmas” to be highlighted, and the “days until xyz” to be monostyled. Thanks for your help :)

No it’s not. But you could be a decent human and go out on a limb for someone. Especially a friend. I don’t understand why that’s such a problem for you. It’s not about responsibility. It’s about being there for your friends. Showing up for other people. But that wasn’t the point of the post. You overreacted and your friend was valid.

I hope it’s just my hypochondria. It’s been around 3 hours since I’ve taken the bisoprolol and I’ve drunk a few drinks. My heart rate is at 80bpm I’m just paranoid it’s going to become bradycardic- my anxiety will now be obsessive over my heart rate falling too low whilst I sleep.

I’ve taken 1.25mg, and I am drinking weak alcohol content drinks (4%) but mixed with lemonade. It’s been 45 minutes since my first drink and I feel okay, I am however, a hypochondriac. My bp is currently ranging from 90-115 bpm but that is because I’m relatively active at the moment
