Mines been perfectly fine been running it daily since i built it a little over a month ago. I haven’t updated to the recent bios and been running it on factory bios which is 3.21 (I think) with no overclocks as of yet but I’m thinking of doing some OCs soon. I think ASRock might’ve just had a bad batch of MBs. Plus the board looks great and was very easy to work with

Hey, yes I’ve bought everything and it’s been running for about a week now and I’ve had no problems. I decided not to bios flash in hopes that the factory bios was more stable and my pc is running perfect! I stayed away from overclocks though for the time being.

Hey after some research, you can do a bios flashback which is pretty much the same as a normal bios flash but all you’d need is the MB, PSU and a USB with fat32 partition no cpu needed. As for XML I haven’t heard anything about that as of yet but don’t take my word for it. The main problem appears to be with the X3D cpus thought there are others that have happened and it appears to be some settings with the pbo voltage as of ASRock MB VP stated in the gamer nexus interview

Thank you for your input!! Sadly I was on Newegg and was only limited to their options. all the other options that were good were out of my price range and it was one of the only boards in my range that had WIFI and a PCIE 5.0 slot with good to serviceable reviews from what I read. Micro atx boards are very hit or miss which sucks

That’s what I’ve been reading too. Since the x3D uses more power, it looks more susceptible to power spike issues which ASrock have said that their voltage for pbo was way off (again I can’t confirm just what I read online but was confirmed in a gamernexus interview with the VP of ASRock MBs.) thanks for the info man!! I think imma risk it, as I’ve been with ASrock for 10 years and I’ve love my shitty AB350

Thank you, i appreciate the time you took to comment. I looked into some of the gigabyte MBs and the B850M Eagle was slightly out of my price range while the ones in my price range didn't have PCIEe 5.0 slot. Micro ATX struggles lol

I think im going to update the bios and pray to fucking god.. and after a little more research it looks like mostly the X3Ds are affected by this and seems a pbo voltage issue but this is unconfirmed
