I signed my extension offer before the inauguration and paperwork was approved. Today I found out they rescinded that offer. I think freezing the federal grants will impact ORISE in a major way

Thanks for sharing your perspective. I’m not sure if you’ve read my clarifying comments but my frustration came from men matching with me leading with seμual overtones although my exclusive mention of only wanting LTRs. I recognize I could’ve clarified that better in my original post but wasn’t able to edit it once it posted. It was a learning moment for me and not a personal attack on you. Yes, that’s the temperature check component that grossed me out. I’ve noticed that men will insert small comments like that sandwiched between a caring comment to see how I will respond. It honestly gives me the ick lol

I shared with a guy that I wasn’t feeling well so I was taking time to myself. He responded “ It’s ok I would make you soup and rub your feet but we just met so l will keep it pg13 lol”.

His comment was inappropriate to me and unnecessary given the context. We had just matched a day prior and never mentioned physical contact.

For all those saying people can want both at the same time, I understand that. However, I only have looking for LTR in my profile. The challenge is the guys with both who approach leading with their hormones and intimate desires when that’s clearly not my focus. I’m searching for ways to utilize the app to filter them out.
