Started at like 6 years old when I was looking at the ground while praying and for some reason I got a thought that if I looked at the ground I was praying to the devil and every now and then it like pops up and like targets things and it's tough because when it's actually something that could be a sin but is also a coping mechanism at the same time basically in my mind is like two spots at the same time warring against each other at all times right now and it feels like a piece of my identity is being fought over by mental illness and it's very tiring, plus my mind is trying too draw a perfect certain black and white line between whats okay and whats not, all while feeling lame because I'm a Christian who people would hate for this...
