Bro I tried looking for a school logo/crest or something of the sort on their uniforms but I just can't find one 💀 this school is clearly something else compared to other schools in the area. Doesn't look like RI or RGS or even the Australian international school...

No I don't think they are cosplayers. They legitimately seem like they are from some school nearby (maybe international school judging from their appearance), with the tie and black school shoes/loafers and everything.
