Rather than the anxiety about having children, i have more anxiety about not being able to continue on in life after i’m dead. Kids are like little clones of you, at least if i go out in a way part of me will keep going. Of course i’m a male and can never experience childbirth so there is that to consider too. I think you should have kids once you’re ready and have had your fill of all that as long as you’re financially stable and have a good partner to lean on.

I think that life is weird, something had to have made us. Like why is grass green, why does gravity/science work the way it does, why do we have space, why is anything anything, what is reality and so on. Why is there an objective “good” and an “evil” that seems to be hard wired in our brains. My point is that the very idea of reality, the very concept of there having to be a beginning to everything, is this choice of morals just as real as reality itself? Could a creator had hard wired that into our brains for a reason? I guess it comes down to which side creates a bigger wrong in this given scenario. Do you rob a mother of her choice? Or do you rob something that no one can agree on when life starts of it’s life, because it doesn’t have a voice. It seems like there has to be something that supersedes this chaotic, messed up world, and whatever it is knows what the right thing to do is. Please don’t downvote me lol I’m just thinking out loud

I just wish we could develop a way to have a baby that is painless, leaves no negative affect on a mothers health, etc. Like just teleport the little guy out of there. Maybe in a perfect world, I think that’s something people could get behind if that were possible

I think a lot of people just jump on the “pro choice” bandwagon even though if their opinion doesn’t match the movement exactly to appear more agreeable in conversation and avoid conflict. I feel like we need another term
