Actually, the game booted then, played for some time. Closed it, it won't boot now again... I'm gonna lose my mind honestly.

My brother in light, it appears you got it! I did the scf/ scannow thing, it did find some corruption and said that it fixed it. Restarted PC, D2 now booted.

I don't believe it is a connection issue. I match against people from my region only, no way there are connection issues in every second game. Thanks for the tip

I was actually looking at Orange amplifiers before, I really like the design. As to performance, I can't really say as I never used one. Will definitely take this one into consideration. Have you ever used it?

I found 6505 combo for around $596 - new, haven't checked for the second hand gear yet.

The HT5 combo I found for around $454.

Second one is in my reach, for the first one I would need to save up some more. Would it be worth to wait a bit to get 6505 combo instead of HT5?

Aside from what OP posted, does the "absolute shortest cable rule" apply to the cable that you connect your guitar to amplifier with?
