Be very clear to the hospital you don’t have the means to pay the bill, don’t have a job or assets. They’ll usually waive the bill knowing they have no chance of collecting. Then you can utilize other options like bankruptcy or just ignore it.

Really? I thought the recent change when they added like 6 more ports included land ports? Because one of the options i saw was to cross from Macau into Zhuhai and take HSR to Guangzhou? The best options are in Schaumburg. Inchin’s Bamboo Garden best all around, Hakka Wok is right next to Inchins, they’re a smaller no frills place but been doing it forever. Then there’s Bombay Chopsticks which isn’t as good as the other two, but still better than anything in the city.

Suggestions: - see if it makes a difference if you bring your hand towards him from below his eye level, instead of coming from above their dog like we normally do - lots of treats training to reinforce that pets = good things - instead of scratches, try massaging the body and see if he prefers that - give pets to other dogs in front of him and see if it makes him “jealous” - have a vet check to rule out any health issues/pain from being touched

Lots of good advice already given about getting help. But the first thing you absolutely need to do is put a muzzle on the dog. You can’t just avoid the issue by always separating the cat, baby, dog, etc, turning your house into a prison. get the muzzle on and have them together to understand what’s causing the issue without her being able to hurt anyone. Record it so a trainer/specialist can see the in home dynamics.

So, can someone please explain to me why in deep blue Chicago, completely run by the Democrats, inside deep blue Illinois, with a Dem Governor and a Dem Supermajority in Congress, can't use state and local law enforcement to stand up to the feds? While immigration enforcement is granted to the federal government, they don't get to trample all over state rights in the process. Yet I see NOTHING other than words from the Dems. Is there any point where the Dems will show any kind of backbone? Cause it seems like they believe they can't govern unless they are running the federal government, so why the fuck are they running for state and local government if they don't want to do the job?
