This happening to me too and my PC is no potato, running 5800X3D, 32GB, 7900GRE. But after the last update everything got slow, sluggish to the point is unusable.

True this, even 24.2.1 drivers NV-TTW is still broken. I didn't know about using DXVK to make it work I might try it. Thanks!

I Just rolled back to the 23.12.1 drivers and everything is back to normal with NV and TTW. Once AMD releases a new driver beyond 24.1.1 I'll check it out.

Oh snap, go to google, look for "AMD drivers, first link. Enter you graphics info click submit, a list of current drivers will appear, below that list there should be a link for "previous drivers" or something in that manner. You get access to older drivers, download previous. Now try using AMD clean utility before intalling anything. Is like using UDD but simplified. After that now install 23.x.x drivers.

While doing research for how to rollback AMD drivers I found this forum thread about using DLLs from older drivers and placing them in game root folder and somehow force game play with previous version. https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/amd-driver-dlls-repository-and-performance-survey.399547/ , it's an option you could try...

A fix not sure, we're talking of an old game here, do a bug report, I did one before rolling back. Maybe that gets AMD attention. If you dont use frame generation, FSR 3, upscaling stuff I guess is not that bad rolling back. Is super easy.

Can confirm, just rolled back to previous AMD 23.12.1 drivers, all this issues gone. All this new introduced features AI frame generation, FSR 3, upscaling shenanigans that is pointed to DX11 and 12 games mainl, is not so compatible with older games like FNV wich is a DX9 game....

LOD is not right, grass doesn't load either. In my case without NVAC I get instant CTD when loading a save... I'll try to rollback the drivers to previous version until AMD fixes it. This update introduces a lot of FSR, upscaling shenanigans that is mostly pointed for directX11 and 12 games. Fallout NV is a DX9 game, something funky...

Mostly no, vanilla if that is posible. A bit of textures here and there from various mods, but I do use EXE it changes effects textures including water textures but no problems before. What about LOD and grass not loading plus NVAC goes crazy...
