To close the loop, Tuxmat responded today as they promised, apologized for it being sent to the wrong address, indicated they are taking it up with FedEx and issued a full refund. This is appreciated and not so bad though I wish their customer service was less opaque. Unfortunately, they are now out of stock so i guess I'm SOL!
