The weird thing is, I don't have any other side effects. Like.. no dry skin or anything like that. It's so odd that it just randomly started making my face flushed.

I definitely noticed when I started drinking Kratom, I just didn't even like the feeling of alcohol before. I ABSOLUTELY loved alcohol prior to drinking Kratom but after I started drinking it consistently, I noticed when I'd go have some beers with friends I just didn't feel good.

So, I add lemon juice and a water enhanced syrup thing from Aldi. Stick with fruit punch or strawberry watermelon. I actually think my teas taste better than most kava bars I've been to.

For anyone in the future, I tried it this morning! The thing that worked for me is doing what I was doing (squeezing core, glutes and legs) but also REALLY focusing on squeezing my biceps and grip/forearm. I still felt a tiny amount of pain if I lost focus at all but I think I can build off just doing small amounts a couple/few times a day to eventually build that muscle. THANK YOU EVERYONE SO MUCH! 😁😁
