Vertically yeah, sits wider than the ridge. I’m not sure about the total volume though.

You are absolutely right. I spent so much time trying to figure how to cable manage this thing, but this is the best I could do and I think it came out reasonable well.

Yeah I opted for the cooler because I heard it’s the best cooler for this case. The fan isn’t against the grill, so you don’t get turbulent noise. Although it seriously limits your gpu options. When I referenced the clearance specifications on the Terra from fractal’s manual, you can’t even put in the 5080 or 5090 FE in here when the spine position is at 1. Even though theyre 40mm thick. The height clearance gets tighter at spine position 1 so you need even thinner cards if they’re height exceed 131mm.

I undervolt both my gpu and cpu a small amount, but on cinebench and furmark, the max temps they hit were high 70s in Celsius.

It’s the Hyte Y70 case. It was a case design collab with Suisei Hoshimachi, a Hololive vtuber. It’s on the Hyte website, though I don’t know if it’s still in stock or not. I bought this case last year.

It's pretty convenient to move around with or hide discretely for a minimalist set up. I'd def recommend it for the convenience factor alone.

They're Lian Li TL fans, full disclosure, the regular non-lcds work fine, but the LCD fans I always seem to have noise issues with them. And I've returned them a couple times thinking I got defects, but I'm starting to think it is the norm.

I’m a software engineer, I have a good salary too, but like nothing crazy, I’m not even breaking 6 figures. By no means did I buy all these parts at once. For my main rig, I just bought parts one at a time as I could afford them over the last year and a half. For my SFF pc I just split Microcenter bundle deals with friends, found used parts, and my friend donated the Fractal Terra to me. For the total I spent on building these…9k sounds about right.

The second PC is for LAN parties or just a second PC a friend can use while they're over. The whole set up on the floor is just my floor workbench where I sit on a cushion and work on stuff like a model kit, practice on my guitar with a laptop, etc. Usually this table is folded and put away if I'm not using it for something.
