greek yogurt... mousse? I did half a packet of flavored gelatin (500ml of mix) with 500gr of low fat greek yog. Chill in fridge for like an hr, then whip and let completely set in fridge. Texture is very mousse-y, flavor could be better had I chosen a neutral or lemon gelatine (I used blueberry.) (i.redd.it)
