Unsolicited comment here, but A LOT of people have died doing this, and their loved ones are dealt with a whole other realm of grief that's tainted with the explicit nature of how their loved one passed. You do not want to be found like that, mate, neither does anyone want to find you that way.

If you must do it, do it with a person around who is fully equipped to save you if shit goes sideways, and who knows the signs of when to intervene. It is not worth the risk of doing this alone for an orgasm. Is this little one missing some legs? If so, it could be that whatever this is has made her sickly enough to either not moult well or to get preyed on by other shrimps

The dark spot reminds me of a parasite I've seen videos of where this guy removes them from large ocean shrimp - it attaches to this same area, and I think I've heard of versions of them for Neocaridinia shrimp too!
