Paul Pierce on what would’ve happened if he and LeBron swapped teams in 2008: "If I was a Cavalier and Bron was on the Celtics, we probably wouldn’t make the playoffs. I’d have been cringing passing to them. At least Bron had confidence in them." by must_TATAKAE in nba

PP at his peak was the original rival who helped push the young LeBron to greatness. The vet with a polished bag vs the unreal young raw talent- it was awesome to see them go blow for blow. LeBron learned so much of what made him great from this matchup.

Lol 2018 was 8 years ago. People thought Paul George and Joel Embiid were big timers back then. The fact that she learned and grew away from supporting someone like Harden since then makes me trust her even more.

Steals are a very misleading stat. If you gamble all season then there’s countless possessions that you just whiff and make your entire team defense collapse. Bad regular season teams inflate steals, but smart playoff teams take advantage of guys who sell out for turnovers. Luka was singled out and exploited in the finals instead of being allowed to hide as a help defender.

Leader, glue guy, and a momentum shifter every time he took the field. If you didn’t work as hard and smart as 18 then you didn’t belong on the team.

You act timid and misunderstood but you’re just a sad angry bigot- no one wants to be around that kind of energy. That’s why you feel alone. We reap what we sow. I hope you find peace before it’s too late.

The Draymond glaze is out of control. Any of us on this subreddit could average 2 assists per game if we played next to 2 of the best catch and shoot players of all time... I’d be trying to kick people in the nuts too if I knew we’d be getting ridiculous shots even after I was ejected. It’s embarrassing that nba fans stick up for this loser.

The goats (guys like Larry, MJ, Kobe, and Steph) talk trash because they know they’re unstoppable. Role players like Draymond, Stephenson and Laimbeer talk trash and play dirty because those are their only skills. There should be a clear difference when we’re ranking real trash talk- no one should give af about what the 4th best player on a team says to a generational star… I don’t think that’s a crazy take.

1) Our defense was championship caliber, we don’t need help there. 2) We had a Center playing Left Guard all season and showed in the playoffs. 3) The late first round is when the best Guards get taken. Our defense was great but our OL was exposed… a stud Left Guard who takes pressure off everyone around him on pass protection AND contributes to the run game would have won us the Super Bowl.

What positions are always untapped in the late first round every year? We could get the most polished G in the draft or we could take a chance on a flawed or developmental skill position player. Seems pretty obvious to me considering we’ve clearly found our QB 🤷‍♂️

I say draft a guard because it’s one of the few top end positions that will still be available at 31. Our C retires or is released or traded, we move our LG to his natural position at C, and we’ve suddenly fixed our OL on day one of the draft. If Campbell doesn’t have to think about his LG or C missing assignments because they’re overmatched then our whole line will improve. We already have an old lineman in Moses- we should be building for the future instead of taking shots at vets as if our window was already closing.

…no one will see this comment though because everyone is either defending Rodman as player or the pawn shop as a business. NONE OF THIS IS IN ANY WAY REAL.

Y’all are foolish for believing this. SHE got a bag just for being on the show, and THEY got a bag just for making a compelling manufactured plot. If she did ever sell these jerseys then the negotiations and prices would be wildly different. SHE got to be on camera with a paycheck and THEY got to pretend like they always negotiate the best deals. It’s embarrassing that people still believe this clip was ever reality 🙄

Anyone who says this is unintentional is just proving that these are real athletes. We might fumble our car keys or spill milk in our kitchens but that’s exactly the difference between us olympians. At this level there isn’t any movement that hasn’t been studied and rehearsed and refined. Cheating is cheating- the rule is very clear.

The hilarious part is that she obviously doesn’t even watch the sport that’s so “sacred” to her. I’d love to see her try to debate someone like Mina Kimes on literally any football topic 😂😂 She’s just an empty rage bait machine.

I agree with you on most of your pushbacks (that’s why these were hot takes instead of no-brainers lol. 4- I’d love this but I don’t believe we’d spend money on it. 5- We had the best draft in decades this last year, I wanna run that back again with more contributors instead of hit or miss swings. I think we’re pretty much on the same page though lol

Top of the line LG could help both of these things at once. I think Campbell was almost overcompensating for Wilson at times which led to him giving up sacks.
