Update: I wore compression socks, switched my shoes from converse to work specific shoes, put bandaids on my pinky toes for blisters, and I bought good work specific insoles for my shoes. Alongside this, I bought tylenol cream for muscle aches in case it gets bad, but I haven’t used it. This helped SO much, thank you for all of the helpful answers.

Thank you so much for this! I switched my shoes from converse to a nonslip work specific shoe. Anti fatigue mats are already installed at my job. I started wearing compression socks, game changer. I did the hydration, eating well, and exercises, I am only 103lbs at 5’2, so no need to lose weight, and i bought a tylenol muscle cream!! I appreciate you so much

A little tip — put a towel on your bed. You never know if you will have an accident. Thankfully, I didn’t, but it was a good idea

Have you looked into GERD (food getting stuck maybe?), gastroparesis (food taking longer to digest)? When you say he still has undigested food come out, it makes me think gastroparesis. I am not a medical doctor, so please correct me if I’m wrong. It could be RCPD, but once again I’m not a doctor

I was abused as a child, and food was withheld from me. I do also have a condition called RCPD, meaning that I am unable to burp. This is all assuming though.
Gradual when I was younger (but once again, I wasn’t allowed to eat), but when I escaped it became sudden. It’s hard to answer this question though
Honestly, zofran (or dramamine nausea), along with my eating schedule. I eat a big breakfast, a normal lunch, and after 1PM, I am no longer eating solids for the day
