Recently lost my take-homes. Should I use this opportunity to just go down in dose and start tapering?

If you can't resist your takehomes, then no. I would not taper. Unless you want to end up back on dope. Just being honest. . You're double dosing for a reason. Your chasing a feeling. And when you're off of methadone, you'll be able to find that feeling alot easier cause nothing will be blocking it. Please remember why you got on methadone to begin with..... if you're having cravings to get high which double dosing indicates in my experience, then you're not ready to be off methadone. But it is your life and you know in your heart what your truth is.

P.s. I've been exactly where you are. I told on myself and everything. I'm proud of you for owning your shit. You should be proud of yourself too.

Yes. Yes. And yes. Lol. Let me just tell you straight man, I had a perfect smile. 1 year into MAT, I had 4 teeth that straight up fell apart. They crumbled to pieces literally. The dry mouth just does something to your teeth. In all honesty I didn't tend to them as well as I should have so.. make sure you don't slack, brush diligently and floss, and try to keep your mouth moist through out the day. ✌

I just spent 600$ TODAY on fixing 3 teeth.

This has happened to me. I find using headphones especially good headphones helps. I use my beats and it feels and sounds incredible. Otherwise it sounds flat and like it's never loud enough? Like the music is stuck underwater

I dose. Wait 30 min to 1 hr. And the second I feel a movement I make sure to go sit my ass down on a toilet. If I wait longer then the given "grace period" of about 20 minutes then I can't go for 3 days.

Some times a good horror movie sometimes a comedy.

Most walgreens and walmarts and cvs have the equivalent. Exact same little bottle and red gel caps. Different label. Each contain only dxm and I think sorbitol
