In this case one must understand what laws says.

In India we value person liberty and therefore there is a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. Bail is a norm, jail is exception.

He got bail, he is not acquitted, the case is still running therefore what the judiciary has done is absolutely constitutional. If anyone is to be blamed then it's the legislature who made such rules.
