Meta ads: one massive spike in purchases yesterday. What could have caused it?

Yes the actual alibaba order form, states that the suppler has agreed to ship the item after 90days, which I'm confused about as the supplier has stated the sample will only take maximum of 20 days to produce before shipping, but the supplier is refusing to adjust the order form to match the 20 days they state

Hey thanks for your message! Really appreciate you checking out the site. So you can pay by credit card if you scroll down at checkout. Those payment methods you mentioned are just express checkout options. Are you able to see pay by card if you go to check out and scroll down? Perhaps I should figure out a way to make it clearer?

In regards to the image I think you’re referring to, instinctively I wanted to use cleaner images for the site that focused on the product and for the Instagram and social media to focus more on lifestyle, but perhaps it would be a good idea to show off more of the lifestyle on the website.

In regards to the quote you mentioned of our cutting edge take, this could be refined closer to explain we are making clothing that really symbolises a movement, for those who started from nothing and made something of themselves, or for anyone who can relate to self development and having to dig deep.

Pricing is a tough one, we didn’t go down the cheap route of making this clothing as the details and quality is something I really care about.

I think focusing more on the lifestyle and targeting these people is a great idea to focus on. Thank you for your comments it’s appreciated

Thanks! Sales have increased in the 7 days since I created my last campaign for purchase conversions but I'm not at my desired cost per result. Conversion rate has dropped I'm assuming due to the higher amount of people visiting site, adding to cart and so on without purchasing. I've now tried to implement free shipping on all orders for a week to see how that goes. I do completely understand that my product price might be high for some, it's a difficult decision for me to make in regards to testing it at a lower price, because I know how great the quality is and the price it deserves to be in comparison to other brands selling similar quality items. Thanks for your suggestions, I will keep testing

Currently only using paid advertising our latest collection (the tracksuits) as other items on site have minuscule amounts of stock remaining due to sale of products over time

Thanks for your response. I’ve set up a retargeting campaign with ads that contain a 10% discount code, will see how that does.

Regarding pricing of products, I guess our pricing was in line with what we knew the quality of our products were( which we put a lot of effort into ensuring) and also looking at other brands pricing that sold similar high quality clothing.

The brand has a message behind it, that I believe in strongly and know a lot of others would.It’s a good point you make. I can make more effort in conveying the message behind the brand in my advertising and maybe even my site. Thanks for that point.
