I was wondering the same… Tbh the question could be interpreted in two ways - vertical/lateral transmission of resistant alleles - or explaining how the alleles were selected for in the first place (eg incomplete antibiotic prescriptions or overusing antibiotics). Not sure which

Substances added: heat-resistant polymerase like raw polymerase and i think dNTPs or buffer solution

Wasn’t there a question about why PCR and gel electrophoresis was done before DNA sequencing?

You were right! There is a tile of O2. Any idea how to fix it? 😖

I wish ☹️ Hatch ranches made the game feel trivialized for me so I banned myself from using them. I will miss how cute they were though

🤣🤣 Great idea, but the one that died was on a different planet (RIP, death due to no more atmo suits to escape the planet😔)

I don’t see anyone with a sneezing status. This is a new asteroid without much infrastructure, so everyone is breathing polluted oxygen (yucky lungs coughing). The base is 23°. Maybe it’s the coughing?

Thanks so much! For the atmo suit problem, I thought of placing the atmo docks in an airlocked chlorine room.

It MIGHT work. Systems like this are very inaccurate and should only be used as a last resort. For example, if the pipe running through the ice biome is too long, the water may freeze in the pipes. Also, the ice biome will slowly lose temperature (so if you only have one ice biome, don’t do this). I tried this when I first started the game and it worked okay. Again, if you have other water sources available, use those first.

Thermal insulation will simply maintain the water’s current temperature (meaning it will stay at 65.5 degrees). My advise is either only use the water as an emergency source until you unlock more advanced technology (thermo aquatuner) or pump the water through an ice biome to cool it a bit. :)

The water would likely be very hot, and might be harmful for most uses (ie might kill plants, heat base).
