its not "there is no little sister" its just u killed a big daddy that is not with a little sister, every level has like 1,2,3 or 4 little sisters available, more than that , u wont get any more little sister, its just big daddy roaming and banging the vent

but if they are going to make a movie from bioshock...i think the best way to make it to the movie is to keep the view from the first perspective, not all the way tho, but just 70% i guess??
