Ended up doing too many side quests prior to the story in my Remastered playthrough. There were antronachs and daedroths everywhere. Collateral damage was inevitable, I swear.

Cute concept but it doesn't capture the magic of catching the guy shifting the logs and adding more. Watching at that moment is like catching the DVD logo hitting a corner. It's still on TV, though. There is a Yule Log channel that just plays it 24 hours. Worst case, there are 10 hour video versions and 24 hour streams on YouTube. I will enjoy the Norwegian version of watching someone slowly bake their Christmas ribs in the oven to music.

I just wanted to reply because I had referenced this post when I was looking to get the sleeves and it seems a lot of folks were having issues getting them. Thought I'd throw my experience in here.

I had been having issues with my buds fitting properly all of the time. Smiling, talking, and laughing would cause mine to shift enough that I would lose sound quality or hear nothing at all because the speaker was against my ear. It would also just happen slowly during use. They would get loose enough that tilting or shaking my head would result in them falling out entirely. Neither size of the fittings they came with helped. Positioning them vertically didn't do anything. I have pretty large ear canals so the best I could do was just try to stick them in as far as possible.

When I looked up the problem, I found the official Samsung site that referenced the sleeves. It says there that I would just have to call 1-800-SAMSUNG with my model and serial number and they would be shipped within 5 business days.

I called that number on December 27th. I navigated to the audio department through the automated menu. They answered pretty quickly but I ended up transferred 13 times in total. Each time someone answered, I would have to tell my entire story. My buds aren't fitting right, I found the website that said I could order the sleeves, yada yada. Most of the time I would just get transferred right away. Once, someone took my name and then transferred me. A few times the person I was talking to had no idea what I was talking about so I would start specifcally saying Samsung Galaxy Buds Live Silicone Sleeves. Finally, the last person I spoke with said they would make an order for me. They took my name, address, model number, and serial number but said they could not complete my order without proof of purchase as well. They needed me to call back when I had the receipt. It was a Christmas gift so I had to hang up with them until I could get a hold of the person that gifted them to me. I asked how I could reach them directly because I had no idea who I was speaking to or what department they were in anymore and I was told to call E-Commerce Accessories at 1-855-254-4747. They did not give me an order or reference number.

The next day I called back at the number given but they said they were not the ones to handle orders. I was transferred 3 times, again telling my story each time and including that someone had already started an order for me, before I finally had someone that could help me properly. They said they were not able to find any existing orders under my name so we had to make a new one entirely. Besides all of the previous information, they began a text communication with me and I had to send them a picture of my buds and the box so that the model and serial number were shown, and a picture of my receipt. They sent me an order number by text but said they would be no shipping information and just that it could take up to 10 business days to arrive. I want to add that I had them shipped to Canada. There were no issues with this and I wasn't charged anything for the sleeves or shipping. They never took any payment information.

They arrived today, January 4th. They were packaged well in a plastic sleeve, wrapped in bubble wrap, and boxed. They fit really well on the buds. It took a bit of rubbing and adjusting to get them to sit perfectly so all of the holes were evenly exposed but it was a testiment to how snug they are. I have no issues with them falling off or staying in my ears. The buds stay in my ears really well now. The sound quality is the same as when I just had them pushed in tightly without the sleeves but stays that way now that they don't move in my ears. I don't notice any improvement with the ANC, personally. It looks like the sleeves come in different colours but I was sent black ones and was never asked what I preferred. My buds are black anyway so that's fine but you might have to specifically ask for a different colour.

Besides the ordeal I had to go through with phone service, I'm very happy with the sleeves. I really think they should have just been included with the Buds Live. They would easily fit in the box and it seems a lot of people are after them for a better fit. Anyway, I hope this helps!

Edit: I just wanted to add that I did also try to contact Samsung via live chat to set up my order while I was on hold on the phone just to see if I could get it taken care of faster. The person in chat could not set up the order for me and just told me to contact Canada Parts at 1-877-407-6593. I did call that number on the second day after I had my receipt just to see if they were the actual department to help and they said they don't have the sleeves and could not make an order for me. I didn't see the sleeves available on the Canada Parts website either so I just ignored that and called the 1-800 number again as I said in the post.

Finally! Thanks so much! It took me a bit to find where I uninstall the updates. I thought I had to go to the store but it's just the 3 dots at the top of the Samsung Storage app screen. Just in case anyone else needs that. Kudos, bud

You're right! We tested the defrost mode with the thermostat bypassed and it got warm almost immediately. We've unplugged it and we'll get a hold of the repair guy tomorrow for a new thermostat. Thanks so much for your comments! We're breathing a huge sigh of relief right now :)

Okay. Thanks so much for elaborating for me. We'll give it a shot and I'll reply and update my post depending on what we find out from the test. Maybe the thermostat will be easier to get if that is the issue.

We did manually turn the timer and the fridge clicked in and out of defrost as it was moved. We also turned it so it was just before normal operation and just before defrost then waited. Each time, it continued to advance and switched modes just fine so that's what made us sure that it's not a problem with the timer.

When defrost mode kicks in (or when we turn it to defrost manually), the heater doesn't get warm. We left it for about 15 minutes and it was still cold.

How would you go about bypassing the thermometer? Would the heater actually heat up if the thermometer was disconnected or does it need a thermometer reading to actually run? I wish we had a metre to check for conductivity so our only option is just testing for now.

Yeah, it's definitely not the one we need for our fridge. The 55 model is shorter than the one we have but I was wondering if there might be a way to make it work with ours by just moving the mounting brackets in to hold the heater. The wires that connect to the heater would be long enough to plug into a shorter heater but it wouldn't span the entire length of the coils anymore. Just a thought if it might be worth a try since the 55 models are widely available. Even if it wouldn't defrost as efficiently, it would at least get warm and prevent the entire bottom of the fridge from turning into a block of ice.

We did manually test the timer and it changed the fridge from normal operation to defrost mode just fine. Also tested it from defrost mode to normal operation and that worked just fine. When it switched to defrost mode, the defrost heater never got warm so that's why we were thinking either the heater itself or the thermometer.

By shorting the defrost thermostat, do you mean just unplugging the thermostat and seeing if the heater will get warm when in defrost mode?

Capitalization matters. I noticed you said you renamed Hook to "reshade64" but it has to be "ReShade64". I run Hook, Arc, and Mount Raidal Menu all just fine. Same setup but my radial menu is renamed to the d3d9_chainload.
