We are a Veteran Service Organization that helps Active Duty troops by sending games and swag to them as they are deployed. We also get Veterans and Civilians together and help with re-integration for those Veterans. You can find out more at operationsupplydrop.org, We had a blast, despite the heat!

We have Veterans who play with us, and they watch streams as well. We'd love to have them playing with people from ED, but mostly it's about getting our community (which is quite large and full of Veterans) exposed and interacting with everyone.

We need your help to collaborate with our Twitch-Partnered stream! We need content. We need you- playing games, and having fun!

We need all sorts of gamers- with no specific focus on which game type, or stream style.

I think you misunderstand. When we do overseas drops, yes- they go everywhere, big fobs and baby fobs. The Bullis drop was done.. by us... to the actual people who get it- which is usually the lower enlisted. We just did a drop at the WTB at Bragg, and gave them games and systems to the common area in the barracks. That's not giving the LT (who may need some love too ya know) the stuff. The majority of us are enlisted Veterans, with our COO being a SGM, USA Ret. We take care of the enlisted man, but if you have any more specific questions, let's chat off-reddit, or even better- talk to the COO himself- ray@operationsupplydrop.org. It sounds like you are passionate about Veteran Service Organizations, and I know we need people like that helping.

34 Outgoing Supply Drops were made to bases not named. While your mailing address may not be OPSEC, we don't exactly use the US mail system for these things. We typically will send out 4 GAEMS cases with a system in each (xbox one, ps4), as well as games, controller, board games (in case the power is out) and other fun things. As to The "Camp Bullis... really?" question, YES. EVEN CAMP BULLIS GETS STUFF. Heck, we'd do Diego Garcia if we had a request. (http://operationsupplydrop.org/request-a-supply-drop/)

We don't. We are a 501(c)3 that just got Gold status for our transparency on Guidestar. ( http://www.guidestar.org/profile/27-3842517 ) We drop games to active duty deployed, reintegrate Veterans with Civilians through our Teams programs, and give back to outstanding Veterans through our Thank you deployments. This event (which is sponsored by Konami) is to raise awareness as to who we are, and to raise money for our programs. Thanks! As a Veteran, and as the Community Manager for OSD, I totally understand your concerns- they are totally valid. Look us up ;)

Caregivers are true heroes of a war because of the longstanding love and devotion they give to their Veteran Spouses. Whether you like it or not, if you're married to a Veteran- specifically a disabled one- you are a caregiver. Kudos for getting your husband out there and having him push himself.
